Ireland ‘A’ Squad Announced For Argentina Clash

The Ireland ‘A’ squad for Friday’s international encounter with Argentina Jaguares at Tallaght Stadium (kick-off 7.30pm) has been named.

The selected Ireland ‘A’ panel shows several changes to the squad that was on duty for the 48-19 win over Tonga at Ravenhill two weeks ago.

Isaac Boss, Ian Humphreys, Ian Keatley, Andy Kyriacou, Brett Wilkinson, Mike Ross, Bryan Young and Johne Murphy are retained from that game, as well as Chris Henry, Fergus McFadden and Donnacha Ryan.

Henry, McFadden and Ryan will be joining up with the ‘A’ squad after being involved in the senior set-up at the start of this week.

There is one place remaining that will be confirmed when the starting line-up and replacements are named by Ireland ‘A’ coach Michael Bradley and team manager Joey Miles on Wednesday at 1pm.

Tickets are on sale in the O2 store in the Square Shopping Centre and from Elverys Stores in Fonthill, Dawson St., Suffolk St. and O’Connell St. You can also pay at the gate on the night.

Don’t miss this chance to see some of the rising stars of Irish rugby in this historic first rugby match at Tallaght Stadium!
