Disciplinary Hearing On Hayes Red Card

The Irish Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel will hold a hearing to consider the red card issued to Munster prop John Hayes during the Leinster v Munster Magners League game at the RDS last Saturday.

John Hayes received a red card under law 10.4 (b) for a stamp on Leinster prop Cian Healy in the 54th minute of Saturday’s interprovincial derby.

The hearing will take place in the Ulster Branch offices in Ravenhill, Belfast at 4pm tomorrow (Tuesday, October 6).

The IRFU Panel will consist of Hugh Logan (Chairman) and he will be assisted by Stephen Hilditch and Neil Jackson.

The findings of the disciplinary panel will be released following the completion of the hearing.
