Connacht Rugby Open Day

The Connacht Rugby Open Day, in aid of Special Olympics Ireland, will take place next Saturday (September 19) at the Sportsground.

The Connacht Rugby Open Day was due to take place last month but had to be postponed because of inclement weather.

Events will get under way at 12pm and continue until 3pm on Saturday.

Admission to the Sportsground for the Open Day will be free of charge, with events planned for all members of the family.

Free car parking will also be available at the Sportsground and throughout the afternoon there will be bouncy castles, obstacle courses, kicking and try-scoring competitions.

The Connacht squad, fresh from their Magners League game against Cardiff the previous night, will be in attendance on the day.
