Ticket Update For Heineken Cup Final

The Edinburgh 2009 Heineken Cup final between Leinster and Leicester Tigers will be played at Murrayfield on Saturday, May 23 (kick-off 5.30pm). The remaining tickets for the final will be available from the two clubs involved.

The public allocation of tickets for the Edinburgh 2009 final of over 45,000 went on sale in May 2008 through www.ticketmaster.co.uk and through the Scottish Rugby Union ticket office and these sold out in January.

ERC, the Heineken Cup organisers, retains an allocation for the finalists of approximately 15,000 tickets, which will be divided between the two teams, Leinster and Leicester.

The clubs will distribute their allocations through their normal channels starting early next week.

More details on this distribution process will be published when confirmed by the clubs involved.
