In a city such as Galway, enthusiasm and participation in Tag rugby as we all know is of a colossal scale. Now Tag afficiandos in Galway have a second Bud Light Tag venue to choose from as the IRFU announces UCG at Dangan as another addition to its 2009 venues.
Set in beautiful surroundings, there will be four Mixed Social leagues comprising of C grade and Beginners grade.
The season will start on Thursday, May 14 and run for 10 weeks, finishing with finals night on Friday, July 17.
Registration will cost €;495.00 which would equals barely over €;4.00 per player for a season per week!
All teams registering will, like at all other venues, qualify for the draw where they can win pairs of invites to the pre-match IRFU functions accompanied with match tickets for the Ireland home game against England at Croke Park. Not the only remaining prize either!
Also on offer will be a pair of tickets on a charter flight that will take you to Cardiff (match tickets included) to see Wales host Ireland at the Millenium Stadium.
