New Look Home Page for IrishRugby.ie

IrishRugby.ie is undergoing a make over. The IRFU have today launched a new look homepage to reflect the in-depth news coverage provided on the site at every level of the game.

IrishRugby.ie is one of the most popular sports websites in Ireland with over 16 million page views in 2008 and now it has become even better.

The new look homepage allows users to more easily browse the latest in depth news at Club, Provincial and Ireland level without having to leave the page. Simply swipe across and you can browse the top three latest news items at each level.

Visitors to the site can still delve deeper using the top banner links and find information on everything from the latest AIB League results to information on coaching courses or nutrition advice downloads.

The new look homepage is the first of a number of new sections which will include a revamped multimedia area and the dedicated RBS 6 Nations tournament page

Other recent additions have included The Clubhouse – a dedicated area for club officials to login and access player registrations and advice on running their club – and Social Bookmarking which allows visitors to connect links from the site such as photo galleries or news items to their social networking page such as Facebook.
