Winning Run Continues For Dolphin

Dolphin maintained their play-off position in the AIB League Division One standings with a comfortable three-try victory over Ballymena at Eaton Park on Saturday.

Second-placed Dolphin grabbed tries through George Finn, Gary O’Keeffe and Barry O’Mahony to chalk up their fifth successive league win.

Minus the injured James Coughlan and Nick Williams, the Dolphin forwards still managed to dominate the opening half, moving 22-0 ahead with scrum half O’Keeffe driving them on.

Barry Keeshan landed his fourth successful kick of the afternoon to put 25 points between the sides before Rob Johnson and Jamie Smith claimed consolation tries for Ballymena.
