Those registering at Newforge will notice a slight change in grading for the coming 2009 season compared with last year.
Changes have been made to Newforge’s grades in order to align them with grades at all other venues throughout the four provinces.
Mixed Social A in 2008 has now been changed in name to Mixed Social B
Mixed Social B in 2008 to Mixed Social C
Mixed Social C in 2008 to Mixed Social Beginners
The Mens League has now become the Vets League which will culminate in a grand final with Vets Leagues from other venues at the All-Ireland Open Championships in July (more details later on).
