Coming Soon To Budweiser Tag 2009

As the new year looms, Tag teams all over the country will be getting set for an even bigger and better Budweiser Tag season in 2009.

As Budweiser Tag, the IRFU’s Official Tag Rugby programme, prepares for registrations going live online next january, there are lots of new other features to come.

The new year will see the announcing of an addition of more host venues in Connacht, Leinster, Munster and Ulster, bringing Tag Rugby to even more locations.

On the Beach’, so-to-speak, more people will be able to play in the ever-popular Budweiser Beach Tag Festivals due to an even wider choice of venues throughout the summer.

The Budweiser Tag website, www.irfutag.ie, will get a new look for 2009.

As well as the regular high-volume visited sections, included will be an easy-to-navigate Events Calendar, Training and Playing tips from some of the best coaches and players in the land, Regular weekly reports from each venue’s games, an even busier of the Gallery section and an expanded Laws of the Game and Referees Section.

With some surprises in store that only Budweiser Tag can deliver, the season ahead promises to be a very exciting prospect indeed.
