Journalist Coilin Duffy caught up with the IRFU’s Director of Rugby Eddie Wigglesworth at the launch of the Union’s new Strategic Plan, ‘Building on Solid Foundations’, where he gave his thoughts on the plan and the provincial and international sectors of Irish rugby.
