Ireland Sevens Audio: Darren Cave

Ahead of the Ireland Sevens squad’s crucial trip to Hannover this weekend as they try to qualify for the 2009 Sevens World Cup, IrishRugby.ie chatted with Darren Cave about the Sevens season so far, his exploits with Ulster and Ireland ‘A’ and how the Sevens players have gelled together.

The Ireland Sevens team, sponsored by Independent News and Media, will travel to Hannover in Germany this coming weekend with the carrot of automatic qualification for the 2009 IRB Sevens World Cup tournament in Dubai up for grabs.

Darren Cave, who was Ireland’s top try scorer in the recent tournament in Denmark, took time out from this week’s training camp in Dublin to talk with journalist Coilin Duffy for IrishRugby.ie.
