More Budweiser Tag Open Nights

As the 2008 Budweiser Tag season hots up, more venues have announced dates for Open Nights to be staged this week.

An ‘Open Night‘ is when a host venue opens up for all to come pitch questions with venue manager, collect or purchase Tag Shorts, stage an open game where teams and refs alike can roll on/roll off in order to brush up or introduce themselves to the game. An orientation night, so-to-speak.

Starting at 7pm, the following Open Nights take place this week:

Thursday, May 22 – Enniscorthy RFC

Thursday, May 22 – Garryowen FC

Thursday, May 22 – Suttonians RFC (their second open night)

Thursday, May 22 – Waterpark RFC

Thursday, May 22 – Westmanstown (Garda RFC)

Friday, May 23 – Ballina RFC

Enquiries may be directed by phone to 01-6473800 between 9am and 4pm (Mon-Fri) or by emailing tag@irishrugby.ie
