Date And Venue Confirmed For Division One Final

The Irish Rugby Football Union has taken the decision to move the AIB League Division One final, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, May 10, to the following day – Sunday, May 11.

The Division One decider has been rescheduled due to a possible clash with Magners League fixture times.

The game, which is the showpiece finale to the Irish club season, will take place at Musgrave Park in Cork and will be televised live on RTE TV with a kick off time of 1.15pm.

Musgrave Park has been selected as the venue for the final on the basis of the availability of suitable venues.

The Cork ground played host to last year’s dramatic Division One final which saw Garryowen pip Cork Constitution 16-15.
