Italy coach Nick Mallett was in upbeat mood at Friday’s pre-match press conference at the team hotel in Portmarnock. IrishRugby.ie went along to get his views on a number of topics.

Journalist Coilin Duffy was on hand for IrishRugby.ie at Friday’s press conference to hear Nick Mallett’s views on a number of things, including the challenge of coaching Italy and building on last season’s success, Andrea Masi’s selection at number 10, the history of and playing at Croke Park and what he makes of the selected Ireland team.
