National Domestic Rugby Manager

The Irish Rugby Football Union is seeking applications for the vacant position of National Domestic Rugby Manager.

The IRFU are seeking applications for the vacant position of National Domestic Rugby Manager. This is a senior management position within the IRFU with the primary goal of developing and driving the Domestic Game forward.

The National Domestic Rugby Manager will be required to plan, organise, develop and ensure the implementation of IRFU policies and procedures, agreed by the IRFU Domestic Game Committee and ensure the continued growth and success of the Domestic Game in Ireland.

Reporting directly to the Director of Rugby and the IRFU Domestic Game Chairman, the successful candidate will have:

• An involvement in the playing or coaching of Rugby at a high standard along with an appreciation and thorough understanding of the structures of Irish Rugby.

• Senior Management experience in a commercial environment.

• Experience of operating as part of a senior management team.

• Proven ability to manage a significant operational budget and staff of approximately 120 personnel working throughout Ireland.
