Leinster Tee Up Padova Friendly

Leinster have added to their pre-season schedule of matches with the inclusion of a September 15 friendly against Italian side Padova at UCD.

Leinster Rugby announced details of the fixture earlier this week, confirming that Padova will provide the opposition at Belfield (kick-off 1pm) on Saturday, September 15 – with Michael Cheika’s men starting their Magners League run seven days later at home to Edinburgh.

Leinster played Padova in a mid-season friendly two seasons ago, defeating the Super 10 outfit 22-12 in the lead-up to their famous Heineken Cup quarter-final victory over Toulouse.

A limited number of tickets for the September 15 tie will be on sale via the Ticketmaster website from next Monday (September 3). Ticket Prices are as follows – €15 for adults and €5 for school children.

These tickets are for an unreserved stand. Entry is not included in Leinster Season Ticket packages.
