Update on IRFU Tag Finals Stages

Some news about player qualifications for the finals stages at all IRFU Tag Rugby venues around the four provinces

Player Qualification

——————————-
There are NO exceptions to the following qualification rules:

– Each player may only play in ONE division in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals stage of any IRFU Tag Rugby league.

– Each player must have played at least THREE games in the group stages (ie. PRE-quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals stage) for the team they are playing with in the finals weeks.

Finals Stages

———————
There is a news article here at https://www.irishrugby.ie/23_8407.php?PHPSESSID=624afe1e0b1e36ee431d8b6c0cb4707e which explains the scheduling for the finals stages at Newforge, Old Belvedere and Galway Corinthians. A similar news article will be posted for every other venue/league which approaches its finals stages.
To view the fixtures for your finals matches in the Fixtures/Results here on http://www.irfutag.ie/, go to your venue’s schedules, select your league, scroll down the week number menu and you will see a seperate option indicating a ‘Finals’ version of your league’s games. If your league does not have such an option yet, do not panic. You are probably still in the groups stages of your competition.
