Summer Tour Multimedia Exclusive

The Ireland squad has arrived in Buenos Aires for their two match tour in Argentina. IrishRugby spoke to Eddie O’Sullivan, Simon Best and Malcolm O’Kelly about the aim of the tour.

The lads have landed in Argentina and are working hard to get over the jet lag in preparation for their first test against Argentina on Saturday.

IrishRugby TV caught up with the squad in Limerick last week before they jetted off.

Ireland Coach Eddie O’Sullivan set out his stall in terms of his objectives for the tour and what the lads need to do to be considered for inclusion in the Rugby World Cup squad.

We also spoke to tour Captain Simon Best about his own aims and the honour of leading out the team.

Ireland’s most capped player Malcolm O’Kelly is delighted to be back in the squad and is hoping to regain his place as Ireland go on tour in one of the most difficult countries to win a test in.
