Places at IRFU Tag Rugby venues all around Ireland are filling up very fast indeed! With the beginning of this summer’s programme only a few weeks away, the time to sign up is now to ensure you are part of the IRFU’s great summer of Tag Rugby.
As the days grow longer and the rugby season heads to its inevitable climax, Irish rugby is gearing up for the now traditional Summer Tag Season.
Registrations for the newly launched IRFU Tag Rugby programme around Ireland are filling quickly for the 2007 season and anybody looking to take part needs to get online to register their team and avoid disappointment. The level of interest has exceeded expectations, and has led to a number of other host venues around the country being fully booked, a full 2 months before the first matches will take place!
IRFU Tag is a game open to both Men and Women of all ability levels in graded competitions, with a strong emphasis on fun and social participation. All IRFU Tag venues will host a range of social activities over the Summer to enhance the enjoyment of all participants.
This Tag Rugby programme will see each rugby club involved take part in a profit sharing arrangement, outside and including the normal benefits that a club has previously enjoyed by hosting TAG leagues, such as the use of its bar & restaurant facilities.
