Watch The Women’s Match Live On 247.Tv

If you cannot make it to Thomond Park this Sunday to support Ireland’s Women’s team against England, fear not! You can watch live coverage of the match from Limerick on www.247.Tv.

The multi-sport channel broadband website, 247.Tv, which showed live action from last September’s IRB Women’s World Cup in Canada, will have their cameras in Limerick this weekend as Ireland go for their first win in this year’s Women’s Six Nations.

John O’Sullivan’s Irish side almost shocked France last time out at Templeville Road, losing 13-10 in a much-improved performance, but England are well on course to retain the title after two successive wins.

England, the beaten World Cup finalists, have been in awesome form so far in the Six Nations – beating Scotland (60-0) and Italy (23-0) so the hosts, captained by Sarahjane Belton, have a big task on their hands.

Last year’s fixture, played at Old Albanians RFC, saw England run out 39-10 winners as they claimed the Grand Slam. Ireland’s tries that day came from winger Nuala Ni Chadhain and number 8 Joy Neville.

You need Real Player to get coverage of Sunday’s match in Limerick, which has a 2pm kick-off. You need to register with 247.tv, which is free, before paying for live match coverage – STG£2.50 – while a full replay costs just STG£1.00.
