Exiles Feature in Provincial Youth Selection

New ground was broken when a “Provincial Youth Select” U18 team played French provincial team Languedoc at Greystones RFC, on Saturday 10 February past.

Six Exiles were on the squad as follows: Joe MacManus (2) (London Irish), Charlie Armstrong (4) (Penzance), and Elliott O’Brien (10) (London Wasps) all started, while Matt Keville (fly-half/centre) (London Wasps), Seamus McKimm (No.8/lock) (RGS High Wycombe) and Sean Dougall (Newcastle Falcons) (flanker) all came off the bench in the second half.

We wish them all well in their ambitions towards a possible Ireland U18 Clubs’ place, all six of them having been on the Exiles’ U18 teams that played Connacht and Munster last August – the first step towards the above goal.
