Tuesday marked Ulster Rugby’s signing day – an event which saw over a thousand supporters get the chance to meet the Celtic League winners up close, secure autographs and have their photos taken with the players and the League trophy.

Ulster backs Bryn Cunningham and Andrew Trimble strike a pose and take a well-earned rest from their signing marathon.

Prop Bryan Young was a popular figure as fans congratulated him on the two Ireland caps he won against New Zealand and Australia last month.

Legendary out-half David Humphreys shows admirable poise as he placates one of the province’s youngest fans.

Scrum half Isaac Boss, another new cap on Ireland’s summer tour to New Zealand and Australia, signs a young supporter’s shirt.

Shirts, balls, match programmes, tickets and body parts – everything was offered up for an autograph at the south Belfast venue.

Young winger Tommy Bowe shows no sign of wilting as the long queue for signatures continues.

Andrew Trimble – who took his Ireland caps tally to nine on the summer tour (not bad for a 21-year-old!) – shows just as much concentration when signing a young fan’s shirt as he does under a high ball.
