The Ireland U18 team to play Portugal U18 in their second game of the FIRA AER U18 European Championship shows two changes to the starting team.

Frank Jones comes into the side at outhalf in place of Conor Armstrong who moves to the replacements. In the forwards, Tom Burns comes into the second row at the expense of Eoin Sheriff, who is also listed on the bench for the game
