The second show in the new ‘Against The Head’ series will feature action from the Heineken Cup and AIB League tonight. It starts at 7.30pm on RTI Two.
Brendan Fanning of the Sunday Independent and RTI rugby pundit Brent Pope are guests of presenter Con Murphy.
The programme will look back at the wins for Munster and Leinster in the Heineken Cup’s final round of pool matches, with discussion on the main action and a look ahead to the quarter-finals.
The programme will also feature action from Division One and Two in the AIB All-Ireland League. The visit of Division One leaders Shannon to Clontarf’s Castle Avenue and the Division Two top-of-the-table clash between Terenure College and Young Munster take centre stage.
