Donnybrook Dates For Women’s Side

The Ireland Women’s side will play two of their home fixtures in the 2006 Women’s Six Nations championship at Donnybrook next month.

…The IWRFU have confirmed their fixture list for the 2006 Women’s Six Nations championship…

The Ireland Women’s side will play two of their fixture in the 2006 Women’s Six Nations championship at Donnybrook next month.

Ireland will play Six Nations fixtures at Donnybrook for the first time this season when they host Spain in Dublin on February 4, and Wales on February 25. Ireland’s other home game, against Scotland, will be held at Navan RFC in Meath.

Philip Doyle’s side will warm-up for the competition with a game against the USA on January 25 at Thomond Park. The two teams will meet again in the Women’s Rugby World Cup in Canada in the autumn.

January 25: IRELAND v USA, Thomond Park, 7.00pm

– WOMEN’S SIX NATIONS –

February 4: IRELAND v Spain, Donnybrook, 5.00pm

February 11: France v IRELAND, Montauban, Toulouse, 7.30pm

February 25: IRELAND v Wales, Donnybrook, 3.00pm

March 10: IRELAND v Scotland, Navan RFC, 7.00pm

March 18: England v IRELAND, Old Albanians RFC
