Worcester Warriors came from 20-17 down in the final quarter to sting the westerners for 13 points – a converted try and two penalties – to eventually win (30-20) and rob the visitors of even a losing bonus point.

Connacht full-back Matt Mostyn diving over for his side’s second try which helped them into a 20-17 lea at Sixways. Former Ireland international Mostyn, 31, scored previously in the campaign against Catania.

Worcester hooker Chris Fortey and Connacht winger Ted Robinson getting to know each other a little better during Saturday’s clash.

David Slemen, who is enjoying a decent run in the Connacht number 10 shirt of late, tries to lead an attack against Worcester. Liverpool-born Slemen, 27, has scored more points already – 32 (6 penalties, 4 conversions, 2 drop goals) than he managed in the whole of last season – 8 (1 try, 1 penalty).

Connacht winger Conor McPhillips wonders where it went wrong for Michael Bradley’s side on the full-time whistle at Sixways.
