The first U-19 fixture of the season will take place on Sunday 23rd October, versus the Welsh Exiles; kick-off 2.00 p.m., at Brunel University’s Osterley Campus, Borough Road, Isleworth, West London.

The squad will be largely composed of last season’s U18s, including Ireland U18 internationals David Fenlon (open-side; Dulwich College) and David Millard (loose-head; Harlequins). However, the success enjoyed by this season’s U18 squad on their recent tour to Ireland has meant that some of the younger players have forced their way into contention, e.g. Conor Armstrong (centre; Sedbergh School) and Matthew Betty (full-back; Rossall School).

The value of these games, at this time of the season particularly, is recognised by the fact that selectors for the respective national U19s will be in attendance.

For those who would like to attend the game, access is easy from Osterley station on the Piccadilly line; on leaving the station, turn left and the grounds are 10-15 minutes walk (or 3 bus-stops) away on the Great West Road.
