Irish Coach Eddie O’Sullivan has named the 22 players from which the team to play South Africa on November 13th will be selected.

Irish Coach Eddie O’Sullivan has named the 22 players from which the team to play South Africa on November 13th will be selected. The squad contains one uncapped player in the shape of former Irish schools, Under 21, Connacht and Ireland A player, Johnny O’Connor.

The squad also shows two further changes from that which took on South Africa in the second test in Cape Town during the summer, with Eric Miller returning and the first appearance of Denis Hickie in almost a year in an Irish squad following his achilles injury he sustained in last years World Cup in Australia.

The South African team begin their tour this weekend when they take on Wales in Cardiff.
