Leinster Rugby are currently seeking applications from experienced Sports Physiotherapists, to assist the Senior Physiotherapist in the management of the Leinster Senior squad.
Qualifications required:
-Degree or equivalent in physiotherapy
-Eligibility for membership of the I.S.C.P.
-Evidence of current competency in Basic Life Support
-Post graduate qualification in sports and/or manipulative therapy
Experience:
-Minimum 5 years post graduation experience
-Ideally 3 years experience working with elite athletes and team sports, preferably Rugby Union
-Proof of continued medical education with specifics to Sports & Exercise Medicine
Skills required:
-Good interpersonal skills
-Highly motivated
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Good time management and organisational skills
-Demonstrate, understand and apply appropriate Medical ethics in relation to the sports medicine environment
