Mixed Fortunes for Ireland Under 21s.

Won one, lost one was the return for the Ireland Under 21 sides who played French Regional oppostion in Templeville Road on Saturday, Ireland winning the first contest and losing the second, 29-19.

Won one, lost one was the return for the Ireland Under 21 sides who played French Regional oppostion in Templeville Road on Saturday, Ireland winning the first contest 26-16 and losing the second, 29-19.

In the opening match Richard Lane scored a try and Ireland were also awarded a penalty try while Barry Keeshan landed one conversion and three penalties. Ulster’s Gareth Steenson kicked the other conversion and penalty.

In the second game, Ireland’s scorers were John Harty (try), Tomas O’Leary (try), Andrew Finn (try), David Connellan (2 cons).
