While the Leinster players remain in Australia for a well earned holiday, most of the Munster contingent will arrive in Ireland later this morning. Peter Stringer has remained behind but his international colleagues have opted to fly straight home.

Ronan O’Gara, Anthony Horgan, John Kelly, Frank Sheehan and Donncha O’Callaghan will arrive in Cork Airport this (Wed) morning at 11.20 (approx) accompanied by Irish assistant coach Declan Kidney.

Shortly after they touchdown, the Limerick contingent, Anthony Foley, Marcus Horan, John Hayes, Paul O’Connell and David Wallace will land in Shannon, 11.35 (approx) along with forwards coach Niall O’Donovan and team manager Brian O’Brien.

Of the Ulster players involved in the RWC, Tyrone Howe (pictured) will line-out on the wing against Glasgow on Friday in the Celtic Cup semi-final while Neil Doak and Simon Best are among the replacements.

Gary Longwell might travel as 23 rd player to Glasgow as cover for Matt Mustchin and Paddy Wallace is expected to turn out for Ballymena in their AIB League clash with Dolphin in Musgrave Park.
