Ulster centre Jonathan Bell looks almost certain to be withdrawn from Ireland’s RWC squad after breaking down in training this morning. The 29 year old has been troubled by an Achilles tendon injury and although it hasn’t been confirmed officially yet, sources close to the Irish management expect that the announcement of his withdrawal will be made later this evening.
