Ireland coach Eddie O’Sullivan is expected to name his squad for the international against Italy (Thomond Park Friday 22nd), later this afternoon. That squad will almost certainly contain players who didn’t feature in the game against Wales on Saturday and again, some of those named will likely feature next Friday night in the games that take place in Donnybrook and Thomond Park.
In Dublin, Leinster Lions will have their seasonal opener against Gloucester while down south Zurich Premiership newcomers Rotherham take on Munster. Kick off time in Limerick is 7pm while the Dublin game gets underway a half hour later, 7.30pm. Tickets for both games will be available at the gate and are priced as follows,
Donnybrook Stand – 20, Terrace 10, Schoolpupil 5.
Thomond Park Stand – 15, Terrace 10, Schoolpupil 5.
