Celtic League title holders Munster confirmed this (Wednesday) afternoon that Christian Cullen, the Wellington full-back, capped 58 times by the All Blacks, will join them later this year on a three year contract. Cullen has broken record after record since breaking into the big time back in 1996 when he scored three tries on his debut against Samoa in Napier. He has since become the most capped All Black full back winning 51 of his 58 caps consecutively. He is their leading Test try scorer and earlier this year, playing for the Hurricanes against the Stormers in Wellington he scored two of his side’s five tries to become the first player to break the 50 try barrier in Super 12 rugby.
