Leinster Seek Head Coach

Leinster Rugby are now accepting applications for the position of Head Coach for the Leinster Senior Team.
The Head Coach is an integral part of the I.R.F.U. rugby operations and will have a pivotal role within Leinster rugby.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to operate within an ambitious, challenging and successful rugby environment and we are looking to hear from candidates who can:

* Design and deliver world-class rugby coaching techniques and systems
* Bring high levels of success within competitions
* Maintain our position as one of the top Teams in Europe
* Develop a planned approach for player and coach development
* Implement a tailored fitness, strength and conditioning programme for players

The successful candidate will have:
* a successful track record of coaching professional rugby teams
* a high level of personal ambition and desire for success
* a strong communication, leadership and presentation capability
* a positive and proactive approach to coaching rugby
* an ability to build good relationships with players and other personnel
