The Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism wishes to announce that applications are now being invited from sports organisations, clubs and community groups, etc. for proposals for the development of sport and recreational sport facilities under the National Lottery funded Sports Capital Programme for 2003.
The Department runs two grant progammes: The 2003 Sports Capital Programme and the Local Authority Swimming Pool Programme. The Irish Sports Council are responsible for the administration of the Grants Scheme for National Governing Bodies of Sport
