Ireland Name Unchanged Line-up

Despite their comprehensive defeat against Scotland last weekend, the Ireland Women’s squad travel to Spain this weekend, quietly confident of recording their first championship win.

The Irish Women’s Team travel to Spain this weekend as they look to pick up their first win of the series.
An unchanged line-up means that those who suffered defeat in Scotland last weekend have the chance to make amends.

Ireland, who have traditionally struggled to rack up scores in the Championship must improve this weekend on this aspect and the pressure is certainly on kicker Sarah-Jane Belton to deliver if the need arises.

Pointing to their loss to Wales at the weekend, the Spanish are there for the taking and it is more than time for this Irish side to stand and be counted among their International counterparts.

A victory would no doubt send out the right message about the development in the Ireland Women”s International arena.
