The Munster management have referred the incident in which Ronan O’Gara was injured in Saturday’s Celtic League final ro the IRFU Disciplinary Chairman for his consideration as per tournament rules.

The Munster management have referred the incident in which Ronan O’Gara was injured in Saturday’s Celtic League final ro the IRFU Disciplinary Chairman for his consideration as per tournament rules.

The procedure is that if Munster feel that Neath flanker Brett Sinkinson may have a case to answer then they are required to forward their complaint to the Chairman of the Disciplinary panel of their own Union (IRFU) within 48 hours of completion of the match. The Chairman, then has 48 hours from receipt of the complaint, to decide whether or not the player in question should be cited.
