A last gasp Rob Smart try, which he converted himself, gave Ballymena a 14-13 win over Shannon at Eaton Park while Lansdowne were 47-13 winners over Blackrockin Stradbrook.

Blackrock also led at the break but imploded in the second half as a rampant Lansdowne racked up 37 points led by man of the match Matt Leek.
