IRFU Appointments

The IRFU is looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant/Accounts Supervisor and a Travel and Accommodation Officer

1 – Assistant Accountant/Accounts Supervisor

Duties to include,
Day to day supervision of accounts department with three staff
Preparation of Management Accounts
Supervise Preparation of Receipts/Direct Debits and Bank Reconciliations
Ticket Reconciliations
Invoicing and Debtors Control
Preparation of VAT and Intrastat Returns
Summarise and reconcile Internet Transactions

Experience of using Take Five Accounts an advantage
Fully qualified ACCA or IATI. (part-qualified ACA/ACCA also considered if not intending to complete exams)
The person required to fill this role should be well organised and efficient, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and at least three years experience in an accounting environment.

2 – Travel and Accommodation Officer
IATA qualified with Travel Agent or Hotel background.

Duties to include,
Co-ordination of all IRFU travel and Accommodation
Co-ordinating group and individual itineraries
Liaison with hotels
Co-ordinating menus
Arranging Functions
Liaising with International Team Managements
Reconciliation of Accounts
Arranging ground transportation

The person required to fill this role should be resourceful, well organised and efficient, have excellent communication skills, and at least three years experience in travel agency or hotel management.
