U19 Blitz Day

This Sunday, 27th October 2002, the top Under 19 players from Ireland’s four provinces will meet in Clontarf for an Under 19 blitz day.

This Sunday, 27th October 2002, the top Under 19 players from Ireland’s four provinces will meet in Clontarf for an Under 19 blitz day. They will be competing for a place on an international squad of between 36 and 40 players out of which the players representing Ireland at the FIRA U19 World
Cup next year will be selected.

The squad will be coached by Pat Murray, Phil Lawlor, and Ulster’s Allen Clarke, and will face an English U19 side in a double header in November/December.
