Narbonne Next Up For Connacht.

Following their dismissal of French challengers Mont De Marsan, Steph Nel’s Connacht will now face Narbonne in the second round of the Parker Pen Challenge Cup.

Connacht had booked their passage to the second round of the Parker Pen Challenge Cup. by half time of their Crowley Park encounter with Mont De Marsan. By then they were ten points up (20-10) and within four minutes of the restart they had put the result well beyond doubt with tries from Colm Rigney and Marnus Uijs.

They’ll face Narbonne in the two-leg second round with those games scheduled for the weekend of December 6th (1st leg) and December 13th (2nd leg). Home and away order will be decided by tournament official in Paris today (Mon).
