O’Driscoll and Gleeson Re-Join Irish Squad

20/08/2002. Leinster pair Brian O’Driscoll and Keith Gleeson re-joined the Irish squad in Limerick for the second of a two-week get together ahead of the Romania game.

Eddie O’Sullivan assembled the Irish squad in Limerick for the the second week of a training camp with Brian O’Driscol and Keith Gleeson (pictured) both re-joining the squad having mised last week’s session. A bruised knee forced Gleeson out last week while O’Driscoll withdrew with an ankle injury. O’Driscoll took no part yesterday but he is expected to be available – as are all the international squad members – for the opening round of the Celtic League which kicks off on Friday week when Leinster entertain Pontypridd in Donnybrook.
