Jonathan Bell and Jeremy Davidson are both named in the Ulster side for Friday’s game against Bedford in Ravenhill (7.30 pm).

Alan Solomons named Jeremy Davidson and Jonathan Bell in his side to play Bedford on Friday night at Ravenhill (kick off 7.30pm). Both players have been on the long term injury list and their return to full fitness is a welcome bonus as Ulster continue their preparation for the coming season.

Former Springbok prop is named on the replacement bench in a side that will be captained by Andy Ward.

Jan Cunningham; Adam Larkin, Kieran Campbell; Justin Fitzpatrick, Matt Sexton, Clem Boyd; Mark Blair, Jeremy Davidson; Andy Ward (Captain), Neil McMillan, Russell Nelson.

Replacements: 16 Robbie Kempson, 17 Paul Shields
18 Matt McCullough, 19 Neil Best, 20 Reece Spee, 21 Shane Stewart, 22 Scott Young.

Ulster A will play Holland at Ravenhill on Saturday (17th August), kick off 2.30pm.
Ticket holders from Friday night’s match against Bedford will be admitted free of charge to the Holland match if they present their ticket at the gate on Saturday.
