The Ireland replacement bench, named this afternoon by coach Eddie O’Sullivan is along expected lines although there is still one place up for grabs pending a further fitness test on Alan Quinlan.
Quinlan is still recovering from the knock he took in the opening game in Timaru. In addition, Eric Miller also injured himself in that game and has been on the injured list since. David Wallace was drafted in as additional cover and arrived in Dunedin this morning. Wallace was on vacation on the west coast of America.
