Wallace On His Way To Dunedin

David Wallace will join his brother Paul, in Dunedin later this week, having been called into the Ireland squad ahead of the first Test on Saturday.

Wallace, a suprise omission from the original squad, has been called in as additional cover, with Alan Quinlan and Eric Miller both on the injured list.

Quinlan looks to be well on the road to recovery and did some light joging this morning but Miller took no part and will undergo a scan later today to determine the full extent of the damage to a bruised arm.

David Wallace was in San Francisco on vacation when the call came through and he is expected to arrive in Dunedin early Thursday morning.
