Ireland Set Sail For New Zealand

The Ireland Tour Party departs today (Saturday) from Dublin Airport en route to New Zealand for the start of their three match, three week tour that includes two Tests against the All Blacks.

The Test matches take place in Dunedin (15th June) and Auckland (22nd June) with a warm-up game against a Divisional Selection kicking off the tour next Saturday in Timarau.

The tour party flies out from Dublin Airport at lunchtime and heads Down Under via London Heathrow and Los Angeles where they will have a two hour wait.

They will arrive in Auckland early on Monday morning and transfer to Timaru via Christchurch, staying in Timaru until Sunday June 9th before moving on to Dunedin to prepare for the first Test.
