30/05/02.Leo Cullen (Leinster and Blackrock) has been invited to join the Irish squad for the forthcoming tour to New Zealand as an additional forward.
Cullen had an outstanding season with Leinster in the European Cup and was also a crucial part of the Ireland A side, under his Leinster coach Matt Williams, that won the Championship.
Cullen toured ‘Down Under’ in 1996 with the Irish Schools side who won all nine games that they played.
