Beziers or Bust

The exodus to Beziers begins on Thursday.

The exodus to Beziers begins on Thursday morning when the Munster side will fly out from Cork Airport for Montpelier. A couple of hundred supporters will travel that day with the main support heading off on Friday and Saturday.

And for all those travelling, a timely reminder perhaps, not to leave home without a few vital items for survival in the heat of the south.
Because it’s going to be hot. Very hot. So bring the factor 20 (at least). And make sure you have a hat (a Munster hat). And maybe a little ruck sack. A rucksack ? Yes, and fill it with bottles of water at every opportunity. And a large dose of patience because there are going to be delays. Delays at airports. Delays at bus stations. Delays at loo’s ! Delays at food stops. So pack a few sangwitches hen you can. This is going to be a Delaysville.
But once you get there, it could be fun.
We’re told the Bezierians love their rugby and are looking forward to showing the ‘ze rugbee crezy people of Munsteeer’ a real good time. So get on down there and enjoy. And any piece of red garment that you can bring. Bring
Turn the Stade de la Mediterranee into a sea and red and if you have an oul bodhran, bring that as well.

Your tireless Editor will be there to keep you updated from right inside the Munster camp (I jest not) in the run up to kick off and we will have exclusive insight from www.irishruby. ie’s David Wallace on how things are with him and his Munster colleagues.

So, I’m off now to pack the toothpaste and the shades and the.. oh yeh, the factor 20(+).

Allez Munsteer
