Williams Doubtful for Castres Game

Munster wing forward Jim Williams is rated very doubtful for the Heineken Cup semi final against Castres after picking up a calf muscle injury in Munster’s 6-6 draw with Leinster.

The Australian was forced to retire during the first half of the game against Leinster and he will undergo an MRI scan on Monday to determine the exact severity of the injury.

Other injury worries concern Paul O’Connell and Ronan O’Gara, both of whom were also forced to retire in Friday’s game. O’Connell injured a shoulder while O’Gara took a knock to his knee and hand.
